| Judgment on an Anti-trust Law Violation Case |

Today, Wednesday March 24, Tokyo High Court has passed judgment on an Anti-trust Law violation citing collusion with other oil companies in the bidding of fuel supply to Self Defense Agency. (Violation of Anti-trust Law Provision #3)
Both the company and a member of staff concerned were found guilty. We greatly regret that our appeal has not been accepted by the Court. We will carefully review the grounds for judgment and decide what are appropriate measures to take going forward.
