On 1st April, Chairman, Representative Director Haruyuki Niimi delivered his message to the new staff joining the Company.
We would like to give a warm welcome to all of you. Today I would like to talk about the relation between a staff and the company.
A company is a community where people work together with the common objectives. The objectives are to take the full responsibility for all of its stakeholders including its shareholders, to contribute to their interests and to sustainably grow.
A staff is considered equal to the company in a sense that they cooperatively achieve the objectives with right and responsibility shared between them. Responsibility means that you shall contribute to the organization that you belong to. On the other hand, right means that you are entitled to address what you think to make the organization wholesome for the success both of the organization and of yourself.
I hope you would contribute to this organization by adding new values with your individual abilities and independency, and, at the same time, pursue self-fullfilment.
